It’s unique and distinctive trait is the complete absence of sewn across the tie.

This unique feature enhances and strengthens the braided tie.

The end of the braid is made with the “back braid” technique. It means it is braided both internally and externally.

Over 60 meters of kangaroo leather laces had been cut by hand – no use of machinery in any passage – to make this style of tie

The realization of the weaving is preceded by four fundamental steps in order to make the weave more compact and regular, ie:

Each strip of leather firstly is stretched then resized, skived and bevelled.

The tie is braided with continuous strands without joining other strands during the braid process.
