It’s unique and distinctive trait is the complete absence of sewn across the belts.

This unique feature enhances and strengthens the belt.

The end of the braid is made with the “back braid” technique. It means the belt is braided both internally and externally.

Over 40 meters of kangaroo leather laces had been cut by entirely and – no use of machinery in any passage- to make this style of belts.

The realization of the weaving is preceded by four fundamental phases in order to make the weave more compact and regular, ie:

First of all each strip of leather is stretched then resized, skived and beveled.

The weaven that makes up the belt is made with continuous strands without joining other strands during the braid process.
